What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers Company’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that Company gathers when you are accessing the Website and when you use our Services. What personal information does Company display or collect?

Company may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. EXTENSIONS TO AZUL PRIVACY POLICY PERTAINING TO EU RESIDENTS
If you are a resident of the European Union (“EU”), United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, you may have additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) with respect to your Personal Data, as outlined below. Company will be the controller of your Personal Data processed in connection with the Services.

If there are any conflicts between this section and any other provision of this Privacy Policy, the policy or portion that is more protective of Personal Data shall control to the extent of such conflict. If we are the processor of your Personal Data (i.e., not the controller), please contact the controller party in the first instance to address your rights with respect to such data.
How Do We Use Your Personal Data?
We will only process your Personal Data if we have a lawful basis for doing so. Lawful bases for processing include consent, contractual necessity and our “legitimate interests” or the legitimate interest of others, as further described below.

How and With Whom Do We Share Your Data?
We share Personal Data with vendors, third party service providers and agents who work on our behalf, including payment processors, fraud prevention service providers, advertising networks, analytics service providers, staff augmentation and contract personnel, hosting service providers, and telecommunications service providers. How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?

What Security Measures Do We Use?
We seek to protect Personal Data using appropriate technical and organizational measures based on the type of Personal Data and applicable processing activity. Access to Personal Data is limited to individuals and our service providers with a business requirement to access or use such data. Personal Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Personal Data of Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as reasonably possible.
What Rights Do You Have Regarding Your Personal Data?
You have certain rights with respect to your Personal Data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, withdrawal of consent, portability, objection, and restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country or EU Member State. Where a request is complex, or where we have received a number of requests from you, we may extend that period by up to two further months and will tell you why. Where we need further information to identify you or to clarify your request, we may pause that period until you provide it. We do not charge a fee for handling your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If we decline your request we will explain why and tell you how to complain. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your Personal Data or a request you have made, you may complain to us at [email protected]; we will acknowledge your complaint without undue delay and respond within 30 days. You may also complain at any time to the supervisory authority in the country of your residence or place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, and, if you are in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Transfers of Personal Data
The Services are hosted and operated in the United States (“U.S.”) through Company and its service providers, and if you do not reside in the U.S., laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside. Where we transfer Personal Data out of the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do so under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum), and for Swiss data under the Swiss addendum to those clauses. By using the Services, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you is being provided to Company in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize Company to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly other countries where Personal Data you provide is transferred to and processed in the United States, and may be processed in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those transfers are made under the safeguards described in this Section. We do not rely on your consent as the basis for these transfers.
EXTENSIONS TO AZUL PRIVACY POLICY FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Privacy Statement of Azul Systems, Inc. and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information. The CCPA provides consumers with rights of access, data portability, and deletion, subject to certain exceptions, and a right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
