As a big picture thinker with ~20 years experience in ICT Industry, I find fulfilment in connecting systems and people together. Through curiosity and thoughtful questioning, I endeavour to blend leadership & technical skills in the corporate environment to enable a more rounded holistic engagement.

Technical People often say 2 things are hard to master, Naming Standards and Cache Invalidation; but healthy team dynamic and harmony in multi-cultural team is also challenging. So that is my next mission, to help smoothen communication and help colleagues understand each other properly, through employing some Critical Reasoning and Emotional Intelligence practices.

Hobbies include Home Automation projects, 3d printing and miniature painting.
Academic Interests include topics such as Psychology, Philosophy, Religion and Ethics.
