Fahim Farook
Fahim Farook is the founder and principal architect of Asymm Systems, where he is building Organization-as-Code - expressing an organization's compliance, governance, operational and functional architecture as code, validated at build time rather than at audit time (Compliance-by-Compilation). Its first product, Eliya, is an OpenJDK 25 LTS distribution for compliance-conscious industries. He has spent 15 years building enterprise platforms, primarily in telecom: from engineer at Virtusa serving British Telecom Openreach, through progressively senior roles, to CTO at Arimac Digital, leading delivery for operators including du, Ooredoo, and Vodafone across Europe, MENA, South Asia, and the Pacific. He contributes to Spring Cloud Netflix, Spring Boot, Jasypt Spring Boot, and Debezium.
